Check out the new Manatee Signs and SBPOA Bulletin Board at the North end of our marina. Thanks to Dick Taylor and Steve Urbin for the installation. This new bulletin board makes us compliant w/ Florida State Statues, so important notifications will be posted here. Don't worry, the SAME notifications will be available here on the web site as well, so hopefully everyone has the same information. If anyone has something to be posted, please contact Sharon Hilkene or Martha Urbin who have the keys to the bulletin board.

The next regularly scheduled SBPOA monthly board meeting will be Monday, November 3, 2014 @ 9am. Location will be President Sharon Hilkene's house, 16631 Seagull Bay Ct.  The DRAFT agenda is now posted for your information. Please contact any of your board members if you have concerns and/or questions. Preparations are now beginning for the annual SBPOA membership meeting on Sunday, January 25, 2015, at which time elections for all 6 board positions will take place. Lee County has adopted a new ordinance with regard to Golf Carts on Pine Island, using the "shared use path along the west side of Stringfellow Road". Attached is the new ordinance for your reading pleasure. Seagull Bay property owner, Joe Flint initiated this request with the County Commissioners.
