As there are no old or new pending items to consider, the regular board meeting has been cancelled for August.

Dear Neighbors,
Just an update concerning the repairs to the marina docks. The work that was approved by the board, to replace screws and repaint, cannot proceed since it has been discovered that the actual repairs necessary are more extensive and will be more expensive. This matter will be revisited when the board reconvenes in the fall.
