ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING

Wednesday, April 11, 2018

The ARC will meet on Wednesday, April 11 at 5:00 to review two applications. First an application submitted by Charlene Park to install an exterior elevator on the north side of her unit at 16673 Seagull Bay Ct.  The second is an application submitted by Alan Marcus to install accordian hurricane shutters on exterior windows at 16653 Seagull bay Ct. Any interested unit owner may attend the meeting to be held at 16631 Seagull Bay Ct (Hilkene’s Unit).

in person or by proxy.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to vote and to count ballots, as required by state law, concerning a change to the association’s Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (CC&R), which will decrease the number of board members from six to five for the next Board of Director’s term beginning in January 2019.
