Dear Neighbors,

At the board meeting this morning, February 28, 2020, the board voted unanimously to award the marina repair contract to Gifford Island Repair, using WearDeck. Please refer to the report of findings previously sent to SBPOA members for details concerning that decision.

Work on the repairs will begin soon. A logistics advisory to the membership will be forthcoming shortly concerning such issues as sequencing, location of the dumpster, and staging materials.
