The Annual Meeting is two weeks away, on Saturday, January 25, 1:00 p.m., at the Jack and Bunk Green Residence.
If you cannot attend the Annual Meeting: Now is the time to print off and deliver your signed Proxy form to your Proxy and also to complete your ballot for the Board of Directors and, using the "double-envelope" procedure, deliver that to your Proxy. Your check for the annual dues, $920, may be delivered to the Treasurer, Maria Steinmetz, or mailed to the SBPOA Treasurer, P.O. 331, Bokeelia, FL 33922.
If you are attending the Annual Meeting: Bring the following:
* Proxies that are delivered to you
* Your check for the Annual Dues, $920
* Ballot for the Board of Directors, using the double-envelope procedure
* Ballot for the Architectural Review Committee
* Ballot for the Special Assessment
