Dear Neighbors,
The installation of new sod along the marina is complete.
Within the next few days, the SBPOA road resealing will be scheduled. The resealing will occur in two stages: first one side of the road will be sealed, and a day or two allowed for it to dry. Then the second half of the road will be sealed. What this is means is that you will have access to your driveway during both stages and need not worry about relocating your cars.
I will let you know as soon as we have the dates firmed up for the work. Thanks to John Hilkene for assisting the board and the association on accomplishing this project!
