and ARC Election

All Property Owners are urged to attend or to submit proxies,

which will be included in the voting packet forthcoming soon.

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to amend Article 4.1 of the CC&Rs by reducing the required number of Directors from six to five and by introducing staggered two-year terms, so that future elections don't require the association to elect an entirely new board each year. (More detailed information on the implementation of the staggered terms will be included in the voting packet.)
