The weather for Sunday, January 27, during the Annual Membership Meeting, scheduled for 1:00 p.m., is predicted to be windy and rainy. IT APPEARS LIKELY THAT THE MEETING WILL NEED TO BE MOVED INDOORS TO THE HILKENE UNIT, 16631 SEAGULL BAY COURT.

If the weather is inclement, and you see no activity at the Jack and Bunk Green carport, proceed immediately to the Hilkene unit.

Dear Neighbors,

The SBPOA Annual Meeting is next Sunday, January 27, 1:00 p.m. at the Green residence, 16741 Seagull Bay Court.

Remember to bring your completed board of directors ballot or to submit your signed proxy in advance of the meeting. The Annual Membership fee of $800 is due Janaury 27 and may be paid in person at the meeting or sent to the SBPOA post office box in advance of the meeting.

The ARC will meet on Saturday, January 19 at 2:00 p.m. to review an application submitted by Bob Green to replace the exterior stair treads and stringers at their unit at 16751 Seagull Bay Court with composite treads and stringers. Any interested unit owner may attend the meeting to he held at the Hilkene unit, 16631 Seagull Bay Court.
