Annual ARC Election Meeting - Sunday, February 26, 2017

The Annual Architectural Review Committee (ARC) meeting to elect 3 members of the ARC will be held Sunday, February 26, 2017 at 1:00pm at Jack and Bunk Green's unit,  16741 Seagull Bay Ct.  

 If you will be in attendance at this meeting, you do NOT need to return a proxy and you MAY place your ballot in the designated container (w/out using the 2 envelope procedure). If you will NOT be in attendance, then it is imperative that you return your proxy w/ your choice of representative designated as we will need a quorum to conduct business and continue the meeting. The proxy does NOT include voting the ballot for ARC members.

BALLOTS will be sent out once the deadline for nominations expires on February 15, 2017 You MUST fill out the ballot and follow the follow the procedure as outlined in Article 4.3 of the SBPOA Covenants and Restrictions (view on our web site www.seagullbay.org, under Property Owners Access) for a secret ballot. ALL correspondence needs to be mailed to SBPOA P.O. Box 331, Bokeelia, FL 33922-0331.

Proxies submitted for the Annual SBPOA meeting on January 29, 2017 are NOT valid for the Annual ARC meeting so please submit another proxy if you are unable to attend.

February 6, 2017 SBPOA Monthly Board Meeting

The next regularly scheduled monthly SBPOA Board Meeting will be Monday, February 6, 2017. Time will be the regular 9am start time. Meeting will be held @ 16631 Seagull Bay Court (Hilkene's Unit) and any SBPOA member is welcome to attend. Draft Agenda is posted on www.seagullbay.org

ARC Meeting - Noonan

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
Tuesday, February 7th at 5:00 PM
The ARC will meet on Tuesday February 7nd at 5:00 to review an application by Ken and Cheryl Noonan to install a wood burning fireplace in their unit.  Any association member is invited to attend the meeting which will be held at 16671 Seagull Bay Ct (Buzz Fender’s Unit).

ARC Meeting - Lahser House

A CONTINUATION meeting of the ARC will meet on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 5:00pm to review an application by Scott Karlene to make the existing gravel walkway on the South side of the Lahser House wider by removing two rows of existing bushes and extending the walkway 2 feet on each side.  This is to provide for additional parking when the number of guest cars exceeds the existing semicircular parking area on the West side.  Any association member is invited to attend the meeting which will be held at 16681 Seagull Bay Ct (Miller's unit).

January 9, 2017 Monthly SBPOA Board Meeting

The regularly scheduled monthly board meeting for Monday, January 9, 2017 has been cancelled. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 6, 2017.  Please contact any 1 of your 6 board members to place an item on the agenda, if you so choose. Please note: The final draft of SBPOA By-Laws has been emailed to members for your review. The vote to accept/reject these by-laws will be held at the annual membership meeting on January 29, 2017. Membership Packets will be e-mailed to all owners by the end of the week. This packet will include the agenda and proposed 2017 budget, as well as a proxy if you can't attend the meeting and a ballot for the election of the 2017 SBPOA Board Members.
