The regularly scheduled monthly board meeting for August 1, 2016 has been cancelled. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 12, 2016. (Due to Labor Day falling on Monday, September 5)  Please contact any 1 of your 6 board members to place an item on the agenda, if you so choose.

Starting Monday, July 11, 2016, the re-sealing of Seagull Bay Court road begins.  Should be a 2 day process so please plan your travel accordingly.

The next regularly scheduled monthly SBPOA Board Meeting will be Monday, July 11, 2016. Time will be the regular 9am start time. Meeting will be held @ 16631 Seagull Bay Court (Hilkene's Unit) and any SBPOA member is welcome to attend. Draft Agenda is posted on www.seagullbay.org

Unfortunately, one of our owners had some things stolen off their boat recently. Please check your boats for missing items and SECURE what you have as apparently someone is helping themselves in the SBPOA Marina.
