SBPOA voted today to establish a committee to present the current re-vision of SBPOA By-Laws to Lawyer Pringle for review/comment/feedback. After lawyer review, this committee will present a final draft to the membership prior to the 2017 Annual Meeting for possible approval and adoption at the 2017 Annual Membership meeting. Current Committee Members are President Sharon Hilkene, Owner Donna Gilles and Owner John Keyse-Walker. Please contact one of these owners if you would like to volunteer to be on this committee. Deadline to volunteer is April 1, 2016.

The annual election for Architectural Review Committe (ARC) Members was held Sunday, March 6, 2016. The new ARC is comprised of Buz Fender, George Miller and May McDermond. Contact any of of these owners if you have any questions regarding ARC issues.

The regularly scheduled SBPOA monthly Board Meeting for Monday, March 7, 2016 has been cancelled. The next SBPOA monthly Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 4, 2016. Please contact any of your Board Members if you have an item for the next agenda. Deadline is 1 week prior to the meeting for posting purposes.

The agenda for the upcoming SBPOA Special Meeting is now posted. Please log in to view it under Property Owners Access. In addition to electing 3 members to the ARC, there will be discussion of the revision of the by-laws and a possible amendment to the C&R's. Please make every effort to attend this meeting or send in your proxy and secret ballot if you cannot.
